Nokia 6256i Review

Design

Mobile phones come in several different physical styles or form factors, and the chic Nokia 6256i is a clamshell, which folds elegantly when not in use. Weighing 4.44 ounces and with dimensions of 3.44 x1.87x1.02 inches, this compact phone fits comfortably into your lifestyle. The phone has a five-way navigation key, as well as side keys which are ergonomically designed to be used by your fingertips while holding the phone in your hand.

Features

The Keypad lock makes sure you never accidentally activate your phone, and is a valuable feature if you keep your mobile in your handbag or pocket. You can speed dial numbers with a single tap to connect in a flash, and the automatic redial feature makes things that much simpler for you. The Nokia 6256i tunes into the need of the hard of hearing and is TTY/TTD enabled. The alarm clock, notes, calendar, To-Do list, calculator and stopwatch/countdown timer are integrated features that make your nifty handheld more than just a phone device.

The phone comes with an 8 MB internal memory, as well as a slot for memory expansion card. The Nokia 6256i’s battery boasts of a digital talk time of up to 3.2 hours and a digital standby time of up to 11 days. Of course, it is important to mention that battery talk and standby times are estimates only and depend on a host of variables.
