This is the best phone ever. The service is the best ever with this phone and I have had alot of their phones. It is just awesome. I do love the design, the only thing is, but I can live with out it, it should be a little thin, but features would not be there then, so I guess I have to give that up and it is worth it. This blows the Razr away. Everything is just great, can you tell I love this phone. Well go buy this and you will see.

The biggest complaint I have is the reception. When someone is talking, or if I am talking, it sounds as though you have marbles in your mouth......very garbled. I contacted the service provider, and they tell me it is a problem with the phone and not the service. (I have been with this service provider for over 10 years) this is the first time i have had a problem. Other than that, this phone is a bit bulky, but for all the features, i guess its ok. All in All I like this phone but I wish it sounded better. and like some of you others, can't figure out how to get the music in it!!!!
